Specialized Support Policy
While Revival in Learning supports a wide range of learners, we are not currently able to provide one-on-one tutoring designed for students who require specialized or intensive learning support. We recommend seeking a specialist to best meet those needs.
We encourage parents/guardians to carefully consider whether our virtual courses and tutoring services are a good fit for their child’s individual needs, abilities, and learning style.
Service Termination Policy
Tutoring services / Subscriptions may be ended at any time at the sole discretion of Revival in Learning if the learning environment, student behavior, or interactions with parents/guardians do not align with the expectations necessary to provide effective instruction.

Policies
Subscription, Cancellation, and Refund Policy
By enrolling in tutoring services, you agree to a recurring subscription unless otherwise stated. Customers are responsible for managing their subscription, including initiating cancellations when needed.
To ensure future payments are stopped, customers must notify Ms. Amie of any changes to their subscription status. Failure to provide notice may result in continued billing according to the subscription terms. —→ Contact Hello@revivalinlearning.com
Cancellations or schedule changes must be communicated in a timely manner (12 hours before the session). Failure to provide adequate notice will result in forfeiture of the scheduled session without refund or credit.
Refunds or credits may be granted only in cases where timely and appropriate communication has occurred regarding cancellations or scheduling concerns. All refunds and credits are issued at the sole discretion of Revival in Learning.
Step up for Students —Tuition and Payment Policy
All tuition and fees for Revival in Learning courses and tutoring are fully earned upon registration and are non-refundable, regardless of attendance or lack of use of virtual courses.
Families may choose to pay tuition directly or utilize Step Up for Students funding. Regardless of the payment method, once a student is registered, the full tuition for that registration is owed. We recommend funding verses reimbursement.
Parents/guardians remain personally responsible for any balance not covered, delayed, denied, or not released by Step Up for Students for any reason.
How to cancel a 1 on 1 in- person Tutoring Subscription
and/or Switch Subscriptions
1. Locate the link to the Customer Hub on your invoice.
2. Use that link to log in to the Customer Hub.
3. Once logged in, click manage your subscriptions, this includes canceling them.
4. Confirm the cancellation by clicking the Cancel subscription button. Please note that this action is permanent and cannot be undone.
